Paramount settles lawsuits, allowing for Warner Bros. deal

Paramount Skydance settled lawsuits filed by 12 state attorneys general and the Writers Guild, clearing the way for the company to complete its $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. The settlement terms were not disclosed. The deal had been pending regulatory and legal review.
