First UK charges brought over 1994 Rwanda genocide

Dr Vincent Brown, formerly known as Dr Vincent Bajinya, was charged with seven offences related to the 1994 Rwanda genocide. The 65-year-old is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday. This marks the first criminal charges brought in the United Kingdom in connection with the genocide.
