Millions urged to evacuate as powerful Typhoon Dujuan hits Japan

Japan's meteorological agency downgraded its threat level for most areas after initially warning of an "imminent threat to life" from Typhoon Dujuan. The agency had issued the higher warning as the storm approached Japan. Evacuation orders were issued for multiple regions as the typhoon made landfall.
