Dangote Refinery Seeks New York Listing After 2029 Expansion

Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE plans to list shares on the New York Stock Exchange following an expansion that will double the capacity of its crude refining facility, according to founder Aliko Dangote. The refinery, located in Nigeria, is currently one of the world's largest crude oil processing plants. The expansion and listing timeline extends to 2029.
