SoftBank Seeks Over $11 Billion in Junk Bonds for OpenAI Bet

SoftBank Group Corp. is seeking the equivalent of more than $11 billion in bonds to fund investments in OpenAI, according to people familiar with the matter. The bond offering would be among the largest of its kind. SoftBank has been increasing its funding commitments to the artificial intelligence company.
