Bears quarterback Caleb Williams carted off at Soldier Field with apparent hamstring injury

Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams was carted off the field during the first half of the game against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday at Soldier Field after sustaining an injury to his left hamstring. Williams was injured while evading a tackle attempt by Vikings defensive end Andrew Van Ginkel. He did not return to the game. The Bears did not immediately announce the severity of the injury or provide a timeline for his return.
