Cops flush homecoming prank plans after seizing 650 toilet paper rolls in ‘Operation Clean Sweep’

Plainfield police seized 650 rolls of toilet paper from masked groups in the area near Plainfield North High School. The police operation was called "Operation Clean Sweep." The seizure followed reports of groups targeting homes in the neighborhood.
