Ernie Accorsi, legendary Giants general manager who made the shrewd move to get Eli Manning, dead at 84

Ernie Accorsi, the general manager who orchestrated a trade in the 2004 NFL Draft to acquire quarterback Eli Manning for the New York Giants, died at age 84. Accorsi served as the Giants' general manager from 1998 to 2007. Manning posted a tribute following Accorsi's death.
