Top Gear star Richard Hammond thanks emergency crews 20 years on from crash

Richard Hammond, a presenter on the BBC television program Top Gear, was seriously injured in a jet dragster crash at Elvington in September 2006. Hammond marked the 20th anniversary of the incident by thanking emergency crews who responded to the crash.
