Oaktree’s Marks Says He Wants a Less Activist Central Bank

Howard Marks, co-chair of Oaktree Capital Management, said he prefers less communication from the Federal Reserve. Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh has indicated he plans to reduce forward guidance, stating previous guidance has constrained the central bank's operations.
