Neil Howe, portfolio manager at Hedgeye Asset Management, said on Bloomberg that markets will experience a fundamental change over the next ten years compared to the previous forty years. Howe, co-author of The Fourth Turning, discussed the Hedgeye Fourth Turning ETF (ticker: HEFT) with Bloomberg hosts Scarlet Fu, Katie Greifeld, and Eric Balchunas.
