Qatar Airways Bets on Fleet and Cargo Growth

Qatar Airways Group CEO Hamad Al-Khater stated that passenger demand remains resilient despite regional conflict and higher jet fuel costs, with travelers booking closer to departure dates. The airline plans to take delivery of 138 aircraft over the next five years while expanding its cargo business and continuing its Starlink satellite internet rollout. According to Bloomberg, the carrier is shifting capacity toward its most profitable routes.
