In New Orleans, an empty building becomes a free store — and roller skating rink

A former Family Dollar store in the Lower Ninth Ward of New Orleans has been converted into a free community store and roller skating rink. The building, which displays graffiti on its exterior, contains clothing, home goods, toys, and books available at no cost to visitors.
