Venezuela, TotalEnergies Pave Way for Oil Company’s Return

TotalEnergies SE signed a memorandum of understanding with Venezuela on Saturday. The agreement outlines terms for the French energy company to resume operations in the country. TotalEnergies previously operated in Venezuela before suspending activities due to U.S. sanctions imposed on the Venezuelan oil sector.
