NEWT GINGRICH: Xi is coming to Washington. He should bring one unexpected guest

Jimmy Lai, a Hong Kong publisher detained in China, was released. Xi Jinping is scheduled to visit Washington next week to meet with President Trump and a business delegation. Gingrich wrote that Lai's release could affect U.S.-China relations ahead of the visit.
