Illegal immigrant rideshare driver charged with rape in Maryland had prior NYC sex abuse arrest

Abdoulaye Dia, an Empower rideshare driver, was charged with rape in Silver Spring, Maryland. According to Maryland authorities, Dia had a prior arrest in New York related to sex abuse. The alleged victim was a teenage passenger in Dia's vehicle.
