Brewdog's unpaid workers to receive nothing after takeover deal

Administrators handling BrewDog's insolvency proceedings determined that approximately £489,000 was owed to staff for wages and holiday pay, and £2.4 million was owed to HMRC for unpaid VAT. The takeover deal did not include provisions to cover these outstanding employee wage obligations. Staff members with unpaid compensation claims will not receive payment through the acquisition process.
