Prudential Exits AlexForbes as Motsepe’s ARC Boosts Stake

Prudential Financial Inc. is selling its stake in Alexander Forbes Group Holdings Ltd. to a company linked to billionaire Patrice Motsepe. The transaction will give Motsepe's firm greater control of South Africa's largest independent retirement-fund administrator. Prudential has not disclosed the sale price or transaction timeline.
