S.U.V. Driver Charged With Murder in Los Angeles Bus Crash

A driver was charged with murder following a collision with a Los Angeles city bus on Tuesday that killed two people. Prosecutors said the driver was impaired by drugs and ran a red light before the crash. A news helicopter also crashed during coverage of the incident.
