Two regular dudes are about to fish for $1.25 million against the best bass anglers in the world

Eric Giessing and Kyle Carr will compete against 60 professional bass anglers including Jacob Wheeler in a tournament on Old Hickory Lake scheduled for fall 2026. The event will distribute a total purse of $3.25 million. Giessing and Carr qualified through a non-professional angler category.
