Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams Founder on New Fiber Company

Jeni Britton, founder of Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, is now founder and CEO of Floura, a company that produces fiber-based snacks from produce byproducts including apple cores, watermelon rinds, and mango and pineapple rinds. Britton told Bloomberg that Starbucks placement of Floura products represents a validation point for the company as it expands beyond direct-to-consumer sales.
