Starbucks resolves Florida DEI lawsuit with blockbuster nationwide agreement

Starbucks reached a settlement in a lawsuit filed in Florida regarding diversity, equity and inclusion practices. Under the agreement, the company will provide annual compliance certifications for four years and the terms apply to all Starbucks operations nationwide, not only stores in Florida.
