Citadel Securities Asks to Join Susquehanna Insider-Trading Suit

Citadel Securities LLC filed to join a lawsuit against individuals accused of insider trading related to a Chinese regulatory action. Susquehanna International Group previously claimed the scheme generated more than $100 million in profits from options trades placed before the announcement. The lawsuit involves allegations that confidential information about the regulatory crackdown was shared before it became public.
