NJ Transit Riders Get Longer Commutes, Fewer Trains Next Month

New Jersey Transit will reduce service on regional rail lines beginning next month while completing construction of the Portal North Bridge, a rail link on the Northeast Corridor. The work will extend travel times for riders using affected routes. NJ Transit and Amtrak both operate service on the corridor.
