Former Trafigura CEO Contender Hallouche Starts New Energy Firm

Hadi Hallouche, a former executive at Trafigura Group, started a new trading firm called Oxitera SA after leaving the company last year. Hallouche previously oversaw Trafigura's oil business operations. He was considered a candidate for the CEO position before his departure.
