Gustavo Dudamel began his tenure as music and artistic director of the New York Philharmonic with a tour of Manhattan venues. The orchestra launched its season with performances across multiple locations in the city. Dudamel, who previously served as music director of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, took the position in 2026.
