Los Angeles NBC helicopter seen plummeting toward ground in dashcam video

An NBC and Telemundo 52 helicopter descended rapidly over Los Angeles and crashed, killing three people, according to dashcam video of the incident. The video recorded the helicopter's descent before impact. NBC and Telemundo 52 are both owned by NBCUniversal.
