Mozambique, Senegal Eurobonds Top Emerging Market Returns, Lifted by IMF Talks

Mozambique and Senegal's eurobonds posted the highest returns among emerging market debt instruments this period, following announcements of advancing negotiations with the International Monetary Fund. Mozambique began IMF discussions regarding a new financing program, while Senegal progressed in separate talks with the fund.
