Ed Yardeni Lowers Year-End S&P 500 Target to 7,900

Edward Yardeni, president at Yardeni Research, lowered his year-end S&P 500 target to 7,900 from a previous target of 8,400, citing geopolitical developments and higher oil prices as contributing factors. Yardeni said he expects his prior 8,400 target to be reached by mid-2027.
