Trump Floats EU Tariffs on Canada Invite, Warsh’s Inflation Fight Calms Market

Global bond yields declined Thursday following the Federal Reserve's rate hike announcement and statement on inflation control. President Trump said he was considering tariffs on European Union imports or trade restrictions if he determined that efforts to bring Canada into the EU bloc would harm the United States.
