Sutcliffe: Houthi Aim is Leverage Over Saudi Arabia

Megan Sutcliffe, Principal Analyst for the Middle East and Africa at Sibylline, told Bloomberg that Houthi attacks in the region aim to gain leverage over Saudi Arabia. President Trump is expected to meet with Gulf leaders on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York next week, according to Axios. Oil prices declined following reports that Saudi Arabia will restore approximately half the capacity of its damaged East-West pipeline within days.
