Climate change helped trigger Nepal-Tibet disaster, study finds

A study examined the 2024 Nepal-Tibet earthquake and found that human-induced climate change contributed to conditions that preceded the event. Researchers attributed the contribution to climate-related factors affecting the region. One of the study's authors stated there was "no doubt that human-induced climate change played a role here."
