Harker on Federal Reserve Rate Hike

Patrick Harker, former president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, said the Federal Reserve needed to demonstrate credibility in efforts to return inflation to its 2% target. Harker made the remarks during an appearance on Bloomberg: The China Show.
