Democrat candidate seen sobbing, praying in patrol car after DUI arrest: Video

Washington state Democrat Krista Perez was arrested for driving under the influence in Tacoma in August. Police video from the arrest shows Perez admitting to drinking wine and requesting to return home. Perez was a candidate for office at the time of the arrest.
