Chelsea Strikes Deal for Exit of Walter, Boehly as Shareholders

Clearlake Capital agreed to buy out Chelsea Football Club chairman Todd Boehly and director Mark Walter. Boehly and Walter were part of the ownership group that acquired Chelsea in 2022 for approximately 2.5 billion pounds. The buyout terms and timeline were not disclosed.
