No fire alarms or sprinklers at Pakistan neonatal unit where fire killed 14, report finds

A firefighter told the BBC that rescuers reported many doors near the neonatal unit were locked during the fire response. The facility lacked fire alarms and sprinkler systems according to the report. Fourteen people died in the fire at the neonatal unit.
