‘Do not physically resist’: US issues chilling robbery warning for Americans overseas

The State Department updated its travel advisory for Cambodia to warn of crime and unexploded ordnance in certain areas. The advisory recommends that travelers in high-risk regions not physically resist robbery and to comply with demands from armed individuals. Border areas in Cambodia are designated Level 4, the highest warning level, advising against all travel.
