Anthropic merges Claude chat and Cowork in one interface

Anthropic made Claude's chat and Cowork features available in a single interface for Pro and Max plan subscribers. The unified interface allows users to access both conversational AI and collaborative workspace tools from the same platform. Cowork was previously available as a separate product offering collaborative document editing and project management alongside Claude's conversational capabilities.
