Hong Kong to Launch Dim Sum Bond Index in Offshore Yuan Hub Push

Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee announced the city will launch an index for offshore yuan bonds. The index is intended to increase trading activity in offshore yuan bonds and strengthen Hong Kong's position as China's primary offshore renminbi financial center.
