Injured climber crawls ‘through the night’ to safety after falling 500 feet down California mountain

A San Jose man was found in a remote cabin after falling approximately 500 feet while glissading down Mount Shasta in Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Rescue crews located him following the accident. The man was transported for medical treatment.
