“Filmmaker” suing PassThePopcorn may be banned user out for revenge

A person filed a lawsuit against PassThePopcorn, a private torrent tracker, claiming copyright infringement related to film distribution. The lawsuit also named BroadcasTheNet and HDBits as defendants. PassThePopcorn has indicated the plaintiff may have been a banned user of the platform.
