SpaceX declares Starship ready for orbit, sets launch date next week

SpaceX announced a planned orbital launch of Starship for the following week. The company has not previously achieved a complete orbital flight with the vehicle. A successful orbital flight would complete the first full-cycle test of the integrated launch and landing systems.
