Will Be 'Extremely Difficult' For The FOMC To Not Raise Rates Says Richards

Bond traders are pricing in a 90% probability that the Federal Reserve will raise its benchmark policy rate by a quarter point at a Wednesday meeting, according to interest-rate swaps tied to Fed meeting dates. The current rate stands at 3.5%-3.75%. Kitty Richards, Senior Fellow at the Groundwork Collaborative, said it will be difficult for the Fed to not raise rates.
