AWS says it can't restore service to Bahrain, UAE facilities 6 months after Iran strikes

Amazon Web Services announced it cannot restore service to its data center facilities in Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates following strikes in March 2026. Two AWS facilities in the UAE were damaged by drone strikes, and a Bahrain site sustained damage from a nearby impact.
