ZuckOff Is a Free App That Sees Meta Glasses Before They See You

A free app called ZuckOff detects Meta smart glasses within range of a user's phone by identifying their wireless signals. The app was released in 2025 as a tool to alert users when Meta's glasses-based devices are present nearby. Meta's glasses are capable of recording video and audio without obvious visual indicators to bystanders.
