Florida State fans pining for Jimbo Fisher's return are living in the past, not in reality

Florida State removed athletic director Michael Alford in 2026. Jimbo Fisher, the former FSU head football coach, is currently at Texas A&M, where his program has posted a 20-26 record over three seasons according to public records. Fisher was 41-15 at Florida State before departing for Texas A&M in 2017.
