South Korean prosecutors indict four major refiners over allegations of oil price collusion

South Korean prosecutors indicted four major domestic oil refiners on Monday for violations of fair trade laws. The refiners were charged in connection with allegations of collusion over oil prices. The prosecution did not name the companies in the statement released to media. South Korea's fair trade enforcement agency had been investigating the refiners since at least 2023.
