OpenAI buys smartphone camera maker Glass Imaging for $300 million, report says

OpenAI acquired Glass Imaging, a smartphone camera technology company, for $300 million, according to reporting on the deal. Glass Imaging was founded by two former Apple engineers who previously led development of Apple's Portrait Mode feature. The acquisition has not been officially confirmed by OpenAI or Glass Imaging.
