Kawhi Leonard finally returns to Raptors after NBA disciplined Clippers for salary cap rule circumvention

Kawhi Leonard was traded to the Toronto Raptors after the NBA penalized the Los Angeles Clippers by stripping five first-round draft picks for salary cap rule violations. The Clippers were found to have circumvented league salary cap regulations.
