Bamboo Insurance Backers Seek $700 Million in US IPO

Bamboo Insurance Services Inc., a home insurance company controlled by private equity firm CVC Capital Partners, is seeking to raise up to $700 million through an initial public offering. The IPO would allow CVC Capital Partners and other investors to reduce their ownership stakes in the company.
